Turncroft Lane provided us with an amazing opportunity to maximise the value of an unloved house. It was advertised as a two bed, due to an old boiler being in an upstairs bedroom. With an overhaul of the heating system and relocation of the boiler we were able to reconfigure upstairs to add another bedroom. The rest of the work was cosmetic and bringing the house out of a time warp with a lot of heavy lifting.

The backyard also provided us with an opportunity to maximise unusable space that was covered by a dilapidated garage. Our new decking provided a space to entertain in the summer.
