Tom started investing in property in 2008. Since then he has completed a number of back-to-brick renovations, light cosmetic refurbishments, successful auction purchases and city-centre apartment investments.

Over the last 5 years Tom has built a portfolio worth over £5million, has a proven track record of delivery, and has achieved bank beating returns.

He currently has a range of exciting projects which are already funded and progressing through their legal processes to grow the portfolio next year.

Tom is looking to help and partner with others to achieve the same security and freedom that property can deliver.
