Tom Butler

Now managing a portfolio valued at over £5m, Tom started investing in property in 2008. Since then he has completed a number of back-to-brick renovations, light cosmetic refurbishments, successful auction purchases and city-centre apartment investments.

He currently has a range of exciting projects which are already funded and progressing through their legal processes to grow the portfolio next year.

Tom is looking to help and partner with others to achieve the same security and freedom that property can deliver. 

With the team of proven excellent professionals he works with, properties can be turned around on budget and on time.

Tom's team covers all areas of property development and investment - from architects and financial advisors to tradespeople and project managers.
